Terms and Conditions

By participating in physioFpilates face to face, online and/or live streamed Pilates classes you are hereby acknowledging and agreeing you have read, understood and accept the following Terms and Conditions.

The Pilates course needs to be paid in full at least 48 hours before course start please.

The Pilates course is non-refundable once booked. If you can’t make a face to face class where possible you may be able to make up if a space becomes available in a different class or alternatively you can have a Vimeo class for that week. Vimeo (pre-recorded classes) are available for 8 days, if you need an extension on this please contact me and I will be very happy to assist.

If we go into a further lockdown the Pilates course is non-refundable and you can choose to go online via Zoom or sign up to classes to stream via Vimeo.

Whilst every care will be taken, it is impossible to predict the body’s exact response to exercise. Any physical exercise can expose the risk of serious injury. There exists the possibility of abnormal blood pressure, fainting, irregular, fast or slow heart rhythm and in very rare instances, heart attack, stroke or death, this is not an exhaustive list.   It is recommended that you discuss with your GP prior to commencing any new exercise programme, especially if you have an underlying health condition. If you have chosen not to obtain your GP’s permission prior to beginning Pilates with physioFpilates you hereby agree that you are doing so at your own risk.

In joining a face to face, online and/or live streamed Pilates class with physioFpilates you agree that you are doing so voluntarily and therefore assume the risks associated with any and all activity and acknowledge that you or any successors hereby waive, release and forever discharge physioFpilates and myself Felicity Cottenham from any and all responsibilities, claims or liability from injuries or damages resulting from or connected with your participation in a Pilates class.

physioFpilates can assume no responsibility for any online exercise programme or Pilates class followed at home as the exercises are not directly supervised. The use of an online classes is not designed to replace any medical advice nor replace the need to seek medical advice.
