On arrival at the hall there is a hand sanitising station. Please sanitise your hands before entering.
Please continue to be respectful of social distancing.
Class length will continue to be slightly shorter – approximately 50-55 minutes in length. This will allow me time to clean the hall and equipment between classes.
Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early for your class.
Some windows may be open to ensure the hall stays well ventilated, please ensure you wear clothing that allows you to move whilst keeping you warm.
If you feel comfortable there may be occasional/minimal tactile feedback from class teacher.
If you feel unwell or have COVID-19 symptoms it would be preferable that you have a negative lateral flow or PCR before attending class. If you do test positive for Covid-19 the public health advice is to stay at home and avoid contact with others.
There is no longer any legal requirement to wear a face covering.
Mats will no longer be spaced 2 metres apart.
On arrival at class mats will be laid out ready, the mats will be cleaned/disinfected between every class.
Please remember to bring a small cushion or towel that you can fold as a head cushion.
You will need to provide your own 2 metre medium strength resistance band. These are available to purchase from me for £7 or feel free to ask for advice if you would like to purchase elsewhere. I will continue to provide all other small equipment unless you would prefer to use your own and it will be cleaned/disinfected between every use.
